You can restrict access to a List by requiring a passcode. Anyone with the link will need to enter the correct code to view it.

Setup steps

1. Open your List and verify that you’ve created a public link. You will see “Copy Link” in the List header.
2. Click the three vertical dots next to the copy link button (⋮) and choose select "Passcode protection"
3. Enter your passcode (case sensitive) and click "Set code"
4. Your List is now protected. Share the link and passcode with anyone who needs access.
