The Investments section shows where a company or person has invested. You can view the list, see related activity, and filter by type, industry, date, and more.

Important: We also have Investors - See Who Invested in a Company (see help article to learn more), which shows who’s backing a company and when they invested.

What info is in the Investments section?

• Total number of investments made by the person or company
• You will also see Investment sectors. Clicking on any investment sector will take you to the investments that match those criteria.
• A summary of investment timeframes, stages, and rounds raised, and whether they led any rounds.
• We'll provide individual investment details, such as employee count, funding amount / last round, industry, founding date, industry, and location.
• You'll see the investment dates. For people, you will see the date invested, and companies will show the date the round was raised and the investment round.

Editing Investments

To edit an existing entry, look for a pencil ✏️ icon on the top right to make changes. You can:

• Change organization
• Delete the entry
• Reclassify between Work, Education, Volunteer, Investments
• Update Investment date
