You can invite other Distill users to collaborate with you on a List. Unlike sharing a List for viewing, inviting users enables full collaboration and management access to your List. Here’s how:

1. Navigate to your Lists page and find your List.
2. Click on Invite Users option in the More Options Menu (☰).
3. Enter an email address and press Share to send the invite.
4. Once accepted, your List collaborator can manage, contribute, and share the List.

Important: You can skip our signup waitlist by being invited as a collaborator!

How to revoke access or change permissions

1. You can also edit permissions on your collaborative List by going to Invite Users option in the More Options Menu (☰).
2. Locate the name and email of the user
3. Click on the drop and choose between OWNER, MEMBER, REVOKE ACCESS.
   • Owner access will give full permissions on the List, such as adding, removing profiles and inviting other users to the List.
   • Member access allows adding profiles but does not permit deleting the list, inviting, or removing members.
   • Revoking access will remove the List from your team member’s view on the Lists page.
